Check out this new playground at the Indian Ridge Area of Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park!
There are two new structures that were built in 2023! One structure for older kids, and one for younger kids! There is still an old set of swings that remains, as well! This is one of the newer playgrounds in Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks!
The playground area for older kids has a rope climbing area up to a tall tower. There is also a rope tunnel to climb through!
There are some fun, interactive elements as well including puzzles on the side of the structure.
This playground is built with a “clubhouse” theme which is lots of fun for kids!
There are two slides on the larger play structure! They face each other and are great for races!
Kids can also enjoy monkey bars, a rope bridge, and a smaller slide on the side. This is a great playground addition to Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park!
The play structure pictured here is for younger kids and has 3 slides at the end! There is a 4th slide on the other side! This playground is lower to the ground and great for toddlers!
Toddlers can climb a smaller climbing wall and enjoy interactive elements about shapes as well!
