A pretty road trip through the country to an educational kid adventure. With delicious fruit! My girls loved playing with their friendly dog and picking peaches. We made peach sorbet and peach/blueberry muffins. And this pregnant lady devoured the rest!

Yummy Recipes-
πPeach/Blueberry Muffins
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 peaches peeled and chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins.
π¨Peach Sorbet
5 medium ripe peaches(4 cups chopped)
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons agave syrup(or raw honey)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Blend up until liquified and pour in container to freeze.πThe sorbet is like an icy once frozen and scooped out, yummy!
