They Are Back! 

12 Little Elves are hiding themselves all over Historic Dublin! Enjoy this Free family friendly event and hunt for our 12 playful elves

Pick up your entry card and begin your hunt at any of the participating businesses listed below. 

Families can enjoy this event Dec 1st -Dec 23rd during normal business hours for each location. 

Each time an elf is discovered, have your card signed. Return your completed card to any of the 12 locations for a chance to win a fantastic Grand Prize Basket!

Grand Prize drawing will take place on December 29th. Winners will be notified.

🌲Winter Wonderland Forest Adventure @Blendon Woods

Discover the magic of the season as you immerse yourself in a special winter themed exhibit at the Nature Center! Open Daily 9am-6pm. Exhibit runs through January 2nd.

🏮Winter Lights and Lantern Hikes @ Homestead Park

Join the naturalist for a guided hike around the park and enjoy the winter lights.

🎄A Night of Fun-Uptown Westerville 

Friday nights in December are for holiday shopping, dining and entertainment in Uptown Westerville!

The City is planning a night of safely distanced entertainment in Uptown on Dec. 3 from 5-8 p.m. www.westerville.org/holidaysinuptown 

As you stroll State Street in the historic area, be on the lookout for Santa Claus himself as he joins Mayor Kathy Cocuzzi in greeting visitors and handing out special souvenirs! 

Visit the holiday tree at Westerville City Hall (21 S. State St.) and expect to encounter carolers, costumed characters, live music, a performance by the talented dancers at Generations Performing Arts Center, special lighting displays and more throughout the night. 

Uptown’s shops and restaurants are well stocked and ready to meet your every holiday need. 

Tree Lighting Programming Change: In order to encourage residents and visitors to enjoy a full festive experience throughout Uptown, the holiday tree at the City Hall Courtyard will light at 5 p.m. on Dec. 3 instead of 7 p.m. as previously planned. No ceremony is planned for the lighting. Stop by at your leisure as you enjoy dining, sipping and shopping in the historic heart of Westerville!


🎄Whitehall Winter Wonderland 2021

Friday 6-8 pm

Enjoy some holiday cheer at the City’s annual Whitehall Winter Wonderland and tree lighting ceremony! 

New this year, the City invites you to the Kelley Green (located inside the new Norton Crossing development) to enjoy the following free activities:

– Holiday tree lightning

– Appearance by Santa   

– Screening of Frozen (PG) 

– Photo opportunities with Frozen characters   

– Trackless train rides 

– Letters to Santa   

– Holiday decoration DIY


🎄Upper Arlington Winterfest

The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner and we have a festive evening of activities planned to welcome the holiday season, with our annual Winter Festival, on Friday, December 3 from 6-8:30 pm at the Mallway Business District. 

Join us for an evening of ice sculpting, horse-drawn carriage rides, caroling by UA elementary school students, visits with Santa and UA’s tree lighting ceremony.

🎄Grove City Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting

The Grove City Community parade steps off at 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 3 and winds through the Town Center along Wilbur Avenue, Columbus Street, Broadway and Park Street.

Santa, Mayor Stage and City Council members will lead the annual tree lighting countdown, following the parade at Park Street and Arbutus Avenue.


🚂Model Trains on Display-Westerville Library

Choo, choo! Train enthusiasts of all ages will love this display of electric model trains – some operated by hand and some by an app.

On Display in Meeting Rooms A & B: December 4-12 from 10am-6pm.

Oh no! Santa has lost Dasher. Explore downtown following Santa’s clues to find his lost reindeer and have so much fun along the way! Start your scavenger hunt at the Delaware Main Library.



Saturday, Dec. 4 | 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Bicentennial Park 

Presented by Columbus Recreation and Parks Department, WinterFest is a celebration of the season featuring local and national musical acts, seasonal craft beer and cocktails along with favorite dishes from Columbus food trucks. Nationally recognized Los Angeles-based musician Absofacto will headline the Bicentennial Park stage. Local artists Honey and Blue and New Basics Brass Band round out the day’s performances.

Absofacto is the brainchild of the Los Angeles based musician Jonathan Visger. He began creating his distinctive fusion of dream pop, art rock and inventive electronica in 2008 earning a wide range of attention before truly breaking out in 2015 with the initial arrival of his viral phenomenon “Dissolve.”

Enjoy music and dance of the period and partake in various activities throughout Ohio Village.

Alert! The Grinch has been seen lurking around Santa’s Gazebo! I’m sure he will also be showing up for these events offering free pictures also in an attempt to steal Christmas.

Join us again for Free Pictures with Santa on December 4th,11th, and 18th 6pm-8pm located at the Gazebo at Agler rd and Imperial Dr. We will have candy canes and  free warm drinks(Blank Slate Coffee/Columbus Coffee Co.) thanks to our sponsors. Don’t forget to bring your wish list to drop in Santa’s mailbox, which will be available starting November 21st. Please remember to leave a return address for a response back. We will also have a Fire truck and Police cruiser for the kids to check out(as available). On December 11th and 18 we will have a Spanish interpreter on hand helping out Santa. If your child is unable to make it out to see Santa due to a disability or health issue, don’t hesitate to reach out to arrange a home visit(free also). We look forward to seeing everyone again this year.

Follow the luminaries from shop to shop as you begin checking off your holiday gift list. Our businesses are open late with holiday specials and you’ll find festive surprises around every corner.

Kick off your shopping at StrietzelMarkt on the Platz. You’ll find vendors, music, festive drinks and more.

Join Santa and his singing & dancing Elves at the Actors’ Theatre Schiller Amphitheater stage! After they’re settled in, Santa will be on hand for storytelling and photos.
