I have strong willed children, my future leaders! I was a bit hesitant about my oldest having swim lessons with a younger instructor.
Here’s what I found out-

👍🏻The instructors use positive reinforcement, with high fives and lots of praise.
💦An instructor goes through over 40 hours of paid training on proprietary curriculum
👌Goldfish will only hire instructors they trust to be home alone with their own children
