Food Enrichment Friday 🍯
I promised to share my recipe after the ice cream for breakfast post, oops I forgot!
Granola can get pricey, especially if you have kids. Even more so if you’re Gluten free. Not to mention the extra ingredients and lots of sugar.
I like to slice a banana on top of this healthy granola for breakfast.
Mix together and keep in fridge
2 cups oats
1 cup pb
1 cup flax
1/4 cup chia seeds
2/4 cup honey
1 cup raisens
If you prefer crunchy, bake at 350 degrees on a sheet pan until desired crunchiness.
