We love being outside at parks and playgrounds. Throw in some options for dramatic play and we’ll be there for hours! I’m passing on our favorites to you.

🏰Old Sawmill Park
2500 Sutter Parkway, Dublin
Two playgrounds for varying age groups, the big kid playground is huge! It has lots of the old school favorites(eagles nest, merry go round) as well as a newer set too. My girls could have played on the smaller castle playground all day, princesses at heart. This was a short drive from the Northwest library which was a nice surprise when I looked on the map.

🗿Scioto Park and Leatherlips Monument

I wanted to check out the Chief Leatherlips stone statue and learn his story. We were happy to also find a cute little park by the Scioto River.
🗿Chief Leatherlips was fun to explore and you can also go behind the statue and stand for a picture. Little ones will need a boost.
🎭A natural amphitheater that is fun to create a play or just climb around
🌈Amberleigh Park

This is a small, fun little park! We like to make an ice cream store and pass out to friends. Musical instruments and unique climbing feature are also included.

Field of Corn is a publicly funded art installation in the city of Dublin, Ohio. The installation consists of 109 concrete ears of corn positioned in rows and standing upright in a grassy field.

This playground is huge! A winding maze of passageways and varying levels of climbing and exploring. There is also a regular playground close to the school.

We love the shade at this park and the variety of activities available.
🚂A fun train to ride, drive, slide, climb and sit in. Imagination explored!
There is something for everyone, including lots of imagination play(firehouse, police station and club houses). There are tons of climbing structures and a twisted balance beam. And don’t forget the little road to ride bikes on, so cute!

🚂Schiller Park

I had heard great things about this park and wasn’t disappointed on our visit. This playground has a playset for every age with challenging features. The large trees provide nice shade and it was fun to explore the statues and pond. Picnic perfect!

🚂A plesant surprise to us today, volunteers have this train track set up on Sat and Sun 11-4 if weather permits.
🌱Lots of nature integrated into the play areas, including stepping stones through the frog bog.
🤫A secret garden with a vine tunnel and a crane fountain.
