🙌🏼Family Fun Day – fundraiser to support NC4K @ Eastpointe Christian Church

On Saturday, July 6th, join Next Level Trainings as we host a “Family Fun Day!” fundraiser to support NC4K.  The festivities will be family friendly and fun, for all to enjoy. Come by and get your face painted with your favorite animal, jump around in the bounce house, and dance the afternoon away with our amazing DJ. Hold on to your top hat as you play a fun filled round of corn hole or take your shot at winning a game of giant jenga.

100% of ticket sales, auction sales, and additional donations goes toward our goal of $100,000!

Tickets are $10 for Adults, and $5 for children 12 and under.

Be sure to check out the amazing silent auction. You’ll be sure to walk away a winner with all of the prizes Next Level Trainings students have collected.  Together we can make an impact for Nellie’s Champions For Kids (NC4K) with an event goal of $6,000.

🐸For Families: Go Creeking @ Highbanks Metro Park

Explore the Olentangy River for some of the animals that live there.

Just a couple of reminders:

Kids should wear closed toed shoes for going into the creek./river. No flip-flops or crocs. Old tennis shoes tend to work well.  Rain boots are okay, just be aware there are deeper puddles in the creek where water may overflow the top of the rain boot.

 Kids should bring a  complete change of clothes to change into after the creek portion of the program, including dry shoes. Towels are encouraged to help dry off after the creek portion. 

Insect repellent is encouraged. Please put on insect repellent prior to coming to the park. Due to wind, applying bug spray near shelters or playgrounds can cause spray to accidentally drift into others eyes.

🎈Tanabata Festival 七夕祭り @ Coffman Pavilion in Dublin

Celebrate Tanabata – the Star Festival – and the Japan-America relationship in Central Ohio  at Coffman Park in Dublin on Sunday, July 7!

The traditional Japanese festival Tanabata takes place on the seventh month of the seventh day, believed to be the only day when the deities Orihime and Hikoboshi can meet. We’ll be holding a special celebration on this day, working together with local Japan-related organizations to hold a festival celebrating Japanese culture. 

There will be musical performances, food, festival games, and more! 

The festival is free and open to all.
