Enjoy the festive lights at Columbus Commons from November 22 through January 5, EVERY DAY from dusk until to 11 pm. Located at 157 East William Street, this beautiful 1878 Victorian house will be festively decorated for the holiday season. Refreshments will be served. Come wander through a 19th Century home and enjoy the splendor of festive Victorian Christmas decorations throughout the house. View the elegant furnishings of a home built in the 1870s. The Decor and Art on the walls from the 1800s and early 1900s are not to be missed.The Nash HouseThis brick Italianate-style house overlooking Delaware’s East William Street was built in 1878 for Thomas and Mina Slattery. The home is named for William Henry Nash and his wife Emeline who purchased the home in 1885 and remained a Nash family residence for until 1954. At that time, Miss Pauline Nash presented the house to the Delaware County Historical Society.The Nash House is furnished in the Victorian period with donated furnishings that have a direct connection to Delaware County. The period pieces range from an ornately carved desk crafted by OWU Art Professor Dorthea Graham to a 1928 General Electric Refrigerator. The furnishings and reproduction wallpaper make this home a showplace of the elegant Victorian era.


2019 Cookie Walk12/7, 3-6 PM
The 2019 Main Street Christmas Event will once again be presented by the Pataskala Lions Club on Saturday, December 7. The Cookie Walk will be from 3pm – 6pm, followed by the Lighted Christmas Parade at 6pm. This event will be held downtown Pataskala on Main Street.Limited to the first come-first serve 400 families. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Storehouse for Jesus Food Pantry. Guests will be asked to make a minimum $10 donation per family, then will do a walking tour of more than 50 local businesses collecting a cookie from each stop. Celebrate the Holidays at the Westerville Christmas Children’s Parade on December 8, 2019 starting at 2:30pm. Members from The Real Ohio Ghostbusters, The Dayton Ohio Ghostbusters, The Black Swamp Ghostbusters will join The Columbus Ghostbusters. Members will be walk alongside Ectos from each group, including our new Ecto GMC and new Ecto 110.

Wait there is more …. Mrs Claus will be there with some special holiday friends for a interactive story and a holiday sing a long! As the concert ends, more fun begins with a holiday ball to dance the evening away with all the characters. Mrs. Claus will deliver any letter you bring directly to Santa , you can even sit on her lap and tell her what you would like this holiday season! Bring your camera to capture all the smiles and warm hugs.The Frozen Holiday Princess Ball is a one of a kind event not produced anywhere in the mid-west. Paulette has also produced Cinderellas Royal Wedding and Ball, Belles Royal Wedding and Ball, and The Enchanted Princess Balls of Columbus .
