Decisions, Decisions, Decisions…11/30-12/2

So many fun holiday activities to try this weekend.  Warmer temps to boot!  What will you choose?

Conservatory Aglow @ Franklin Park Conservatory

Thru Jan 2nd

1777 E Broad St, Columbus

This year’s annual holiday show is set to be the biggest and brightest in Conservatory history. Conservatory Aglow, presented by Ahlum & Arbor Tree Preservation, begins Nov. 17, with evening hours beginning Dec. 1. This experience is included in general admission to the Conservatory.

New features at this year’s Conservatory Aglow:

– Rainbow color-blocking themes throughout the new Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation Children’s Garden.

– Expert lighting by Ahlum & Arbor Tree Preservation to highlight the magnificent botanical structure of the old-growth trees at the Conservatory.

– A Grand Mallway experience, featuring one of the grandest views of the historic John F. Wolfe Palm House — when it is illuminated by the dreamy, color-shifting, James Turrell light installation, “Light Raiment II”

– The special return of the flamingo topiaries. A fan-favorite among the “Topiaries at the Conservatory” collection, these sculptures will be dressed in neon pink lights over a sea of electric blue.

– Visual projections by OBLSK

– Whirly Tree by Tork Collaborative Arts

PLUS traditional favorites, including:

– Hand-blown glass ornament trees

– Poinsettia trees

– Creative lighting to illuminate the botanical gardens
