I know this is a little late, but I saw this event pop up at Blendon Woods Metro Park and if you have any butterfly fans it is a must go. We went the last time and it was a hit with my daughters.
⛺️ Butterfly tent to see monarch butterflies up close. One landed on my daughter’s finger and on my husband’s nose.
🖍Free crafts and education on the life cycle of butterflies
💕Fun for all ages, they sometimes have scavenger hunts and stickers
🐢The kids can view turtles, snakes, fish and other animals
🦅There is also a bird viewing area with binoculars inside
